We use a bespoke selection of diagnostic tools when we’re developing workplace strategies, depending on the company and the company’s objectives.

Some of our most commonly used tools are:

Staff Attitude Surveys - These assess attitudes to change and tap into the DNA of any given organisation or team. Since they’re carried out independently of in-house management, staff can be open and frank. Without an honest response, you don’t get a true picture.

Space Utilisation Surveys - These are incredibly powerful. One of the cornerstones of any decent workplace strategy, a space utilisation survey tells us who uses what, when and how often.

Gap Analyses - Senior managers need to understand the commercial and operational impacts of their major decisions and the likely return on investment.

Benchmarking - We review all occupancy costs from real estate through to hard and soft services; that allows us to identify verifiable savings and opportunities.
