Senior Project Manager
We wish to appoint a head of our Capital Projects team to lead and drive in the following two strategic initiatives
- Business Development
- Lead and deliver fit-outs and refurbishment on a commercial property
You will need to be a good communicator with leadership skills. You must have the ability to understand clients at a strategic level, developing strong relationships and working in partnership to achieve both real estate and business objectives.

Project Manager
We are seeking a senior project manager to join our Capital Projects team. projects vary from minor works to a contract value of £5m.
Reporting to the department head, you will deal with all aspects of our clients' projects, from initial feasibility through to procurement and delivery of commercial refurbishments and fit-outs. It is essential that applicants can demonstrate a high degree of numeracy, great communication skills and excellent customer management techniques.
Package: Salary and bonus dependent on experience. Buckinghamshire and/or London based

Corporate Real Estate Assistant
We also wish to appoint a dynamic, top level communicator with strong team working skills. You should have a first class attitude to client care, high attention to detail and be totally confident with facts and figures (Excel).
Experience in L&T work or property management (ideally a combination of both) and rating is essential. A track record of working with occupiers is required.
