Nick is an experienced businessman and an advisor to a number of Client boards. His primary role is to assist Clients in optimising their workplace and infrastructure services. The cornerstones are strategy, planning, risk management and financial control.
Prior to founding Haywards in 1992, Nick trained in London’s West End with three of the top international real estate firms where he achieved partner and director status. His career has been highlighted by many achievements and recognition as a top level advisor. He has also gained the IoD's coveted Diploma in Company Direction.
The Character
Although a weekday tennis player, Nick’s true enthusiasm lies in vintage car racing. He loves to share the thrill of the vintage track whether as a spectator or hurtling around in “Herbie” whose new found break neck speed is entirely due to the supporting team. (The driver’s pretty average really.)
Paul Danks

Paul has over 28 years experience advising international corporate clients with particular emphasis on developing strategies to minimise operational costs and maximise value. He was Senior Director - Corporate Solutions at BNP Paribas Real Estate and, before that, he was an equity partner at NAI Global's previous UK member firm NAI Fuller Peiser, where he worked for 24 years.
Paul, as Senior Vice President at NAI, is also responsible for the European Corporate Solutions Group and managing relationships and business with major international corporate clients. He is also charged with extending the reach and capability of the NAI Global European network. It is in this role that he will work in partnership with NAI Haywards.
He has managed multiple projects across the world for long term clients such as Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems,Chesapeake and Bombardier. Other clients experience includes Airbus, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Newell Rubbermaid, Rockwell Collins, Lionbridge, Wolseley, Federal Express, UPS, Travis Perkins Vue Cinemas and Cineworld.
The Character
Paul is our "International Man of Mystery" and a man of action . He enjoys travelling, motorsport (F1), skiing and then messing about on boats with his family in Devon. Also an enthusiastic but not so good golfer despite years of practice!
Iain Rackley BSc, MBA, FRICS

Iain is a specialist in the provision of corporate real estate advice. He has advised companies across a wide range of industries including finance (ING Barings, NM Rothschild), TMT (Texas Instruments, Nokia) and management consultancy (McKinsey & Company, Inc). This has led to working on projects that have not only required imagination and innovation, but also emphasised the importance of an inclusive team approach.
He has supported clients, particularly in the IT and professional service sectors, by helping them develop their business plans, marketing and human resources strategies. Direct experience has shown the value created by joint ventures and partnerships. An area of particular interest is working with clients where customer-focus is a critical element to business success. Iain is an alumnus of Ashridge Management College.
The Character
A family man, Iain likes most sports and actively participates in badminton and cycling.
Tony Oxford BSc (Hons), MRICS, RICS Accredited Chartered Project Management Surveyor

Prior to joining Haywards, Tony was an Associate Director with one of the Nationals. His responsibilities included business development and the full range of Building Consultancy services. Tony's clients included BSkyB, General Electric, AXA Sun Life and Taylor Nelson Sofres for whom he lead numerous projects including some high profile ones such as Victoria House (BSkyB), 1 Olivers Yard (CPA), Chancery Gate (TMP WorldWide).
An accomplished project manager, Tony has also developed and managed the delivery of major workplace initiatives, new-build and refurbishment schemes.
The Character
Tony is a motor sports enthusiast, owning a TR6, which is used for hill climbs. He is a keen skier and a lover of fine wines.
Sarah Cook BSocSc, ACIS

Sarah is a Chartered Secretary with over 15 years’ para-legal and business administration experience. She has dealt with statutory audits, corporate insurances, pension schemes, the harmonisation of employment practices and benefits of over 800 staff across 30 trading companies.
Sarah now advises clients on their compliance requirements and develops and installs procedures across the business spectrum. This includes personnel, company law, board level best practice and health and safety. Her extraordinary blend of experience puts her in a unique position to guide companies and directors through their wide ranging duties and liabilities.
The Character
Sarah likes a challenge! Although a keen tennis player, she is now on a mission to indulge her passion for Tuscan food by bringing quality Italian produce to Buckinghamshire. Really it’s just an excuse to share the cooking and more importantly the eating.
Tim Young MRICS

Tim has over 20 years professional property and design experience working on a diverse range of property and business related projects. His experience spans working with major Local Authorities, media, pharmaceutical and industrial companies.
Tim has developed a career in wider change and interim management, particularly associated with business relocation and transformation. This has included strategic planning, project definition, brief development and conventional programme / project management.
He has a reputation for innovation and solving project issues, clarifying objectives, defining robust execution plans and then managing the delivery through motivated teams.
The Character
A family man, Tim enjoys good food, wine and entertaining. When time permits he enjoys a round of golf or messing around in boats on the river.
Martin Loveridge BSc MRICS

Martin has over 28 years experience working in the corporate sector advising predominantly industrial and logistics companies in all aspects of property occupation. He has worked both client side and on a consultancy basis, latterly as a Director of a major international property consultancy, so has gained a wide breadth of experience. His focus is always to drive efficiencies and reduce costs and over the years has employed innovative strategies to consistently achieve these aims for clients in the UK, ROI and mainland Europe.
One of Martin's specialisms is the development of bespoke buildings for occupiers, generating significant profit for the client. He has done this numerous times for SIG Plc and for companies such as Healthcare Logistics, TNT and Southern Motor Group.
On a corporate level Martin has acted as Key Account manager for HSS Hire Ltd, Robert Bosch and Henkel amongst others.
The Character
Martin is a family man and still a keen sportsman, playing village cricket, cycling and taking part in one sprint triathlon a year only!
Leigh Jeffs BSc (Hons), MRICS
Director Building Consultancy

With over 15 year’s experience, Leigh worked for two major practices in London before joining NAI Haywards Building Consultancy Management team.
Leigh specialises in office, retail, healthcare and hotel sectors. He has considerable experience in advising major ‘blue chip’ UK and US office occupiers, in areas as diverse as Dilapidations and Technical Due Diligence in mergers and acquisitions. He also has a particular specialism in the industrial, warehousing and logistics sectors.
Recent high profile projects have included the management of a £4 million pound dilapidations claim on two airport hotels including advice on the implementation of landlords ‘Jervis v Harris’ provisions; technical due diligence on the £250 Million pound acquisition of the Mint Hotels portfolio and the technical due diligence on the Grade II* listed former Midland Bank headquarters in the City of London.
The Character
Leigh enjoys rugby, clay pigeon shooting and is an enthusiastic skier.
